Working within the Customer Hub Team you will deliver excellent customer service ensuring all customers have a positive experience by providing front line response to a range of customer enquiries and transactions. Key Accountabilities:-
Respond to all customer enquiries in line with agreed customer service standards
Processing permitting applications and licenses
Ensuring accurate data capture and processing to relevant systems
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent Welsh Speaker. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
