Job Description

The role will be a key position in a team that maintains the documentation, governance and reporting for the SSCL Consulting department.

Working alongside other Operations Team members, the successful applicant will have the ability to support the wider team through the maintenance of key consulting documentation and the creation of sales collateral. You will need to be a team player who is on hand to help colleagues throughout the department when required and ensure that the best service possible is always being delivered to clients. This will include supporting the department in continually improving ways of working and promoting excellent customer experience while helping to deliver effective engagements, on time, to budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Key SSCL Consulting Operations Documentation:
  • System Requests/Approvals
  • Report writing and drafting
  • General Administration Duties such as data analysis, diary management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of office administration. Strong customer service experience. Excellent communication style. Strong attention to detail and time management. Experience of working in a target driven environment. Experience of working to tight deadlines.
