Job Description

Role responsibility:

  • Liaise with line managers to ensure job descriptions (including salary) is approved prior to recruitment go live
  • Manage relationships and live vacancies with recruitment agencies
  • Manage recruitment of specified vacancies at a time including CV screening and cultural fit over zoom
  • Ensure all candidates are provided with fair and timely feedback, with decisions and next steps agreed within 2 working hours following CV receipt and zoom interview
  • Relay successful candidates from zoom through our competency assessment framework and the recruiting manager for first level interviews, building and driving candidate experience and recruitment integrity
  • Oversee all levels of the interview process and ensure full ownership of candidate experience
  • Prepare and process the administration of payroll monthly, ensuring payslips are ready for approval by GM of HR 7 working days prior to pay day
