Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Advise, support and give guidance to employees on all HR issues
  • Oversee onboarding and training
  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Inducting employees into departments
  • Implementation of policies and procedures
  • Drive employee development plans and performance management
  • Management of HR Projects
  • Build relationships across the business
  • Line management of a HR Administrator (remotely)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience as a HR generalist Experience working within a fast-paced, changeable environment Ideally experience of line management responsibility The candidate must be able to travel occasionally to other UK sites
