Job Description

The day starts by arriving at branch for 8am.A morning meeting will then be held to discuss current promotions and special offers, talk about innovative ideas to increase sales and highlight any issues that may occur. As well as prioritizing Retail & Trade customers visiting the counter, you will also need to process & contact all click & Collect orders and ensure the Retail Area is fully stocked and ready for trading. A Customer Service Supervisor you will need to be able to constantly upsell products and is working towards the branch and individual sales targets.

You will need to ensure the WH team are also are fully trained so they can help on the counter during busy times

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to provide first class customer service. Experience of resolving Customer Issues & Complaints. Experience of cash handling. Target driven individual with a strong work ethic. The willingness to be part of a motivated team & the capability to work alone. Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. Average of 30 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 6pm and Saturdays from 8am - 4pm
