Essentials -
CIPD Level 5 qualified
Experience in a people manager role
Confident communicator
Strong stakeholder management including at senior management level
Extensive experience in employment relation matters including complexed disciplinary and grievance cases
Good time and diary management skills
Desirables -
CIPD Level 7 qualified
TUPE experience
Strong presentation skills
