Job Description

We are looking for a tech-minded customer services advisor to work in this E Commerce business based in Cardiff. This is a friendly vibrant office atmosphere where you will be encouraged to think on your feet and deal with customer requests and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

The hours will be 35 to 40 per week with the potential for overtime over the Christmas period. These can be between the hours of 7am and 7pm and will include working on the occasional Saturday meaning a day off in the week. The hourly rate is £8.72 per hour.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Customer service experience is a must as well as confidence in using various IT systems and platforms. Marketing experience would also be advantageous. A quick learner with good IT skills would be best in this position which, although a temporary position for over the festive period, could mean a permanent position for the right person.
