Key areas of responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

* Producing Monthly Management Accounts
* Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and variances.
* Manage business cash flow requirements and prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
* Implementing and developing robust internal controls and processes
* Producing detailed in-depth financial analysis for the board in order to support effective commercial and strategic decision making
* Manage the company statutory audit process and financial statements preparation.
* Supporting and developing a small existing finance team
* Managing all transactional accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, Tax and Payroll

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Qualified Accountant CA, ACCA or CIMA * Strong experience across all aspects of Finance & Accounting operations, statutory accounting & financial analysis * Possess a dedicated continuous improvement drive and focus in your day to day work * Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills. * Ability to operate in a complex and inclusive structure with a flexible attitude to solving problems. * Strong experience of working in a digital financial environment, with strong IT skills and exposure to various ERP financial software packages.
