Job Description

Working within the school administration team, you will specifically be responsible for all finance related administration including:

  • Processing invoices and orders
  • Taking in/ recording lunch and trip money
  • Chasing outstanding invoices/ payments
  • Managing petty cash
  • Supporting the business manager with tracking department budgets
  • Supporting with payroll administration as directed
  • Banking and reconciliation

Roles are term time only, and can vary between full and part time hours, so we will be able to offer you a role to suit your circumstances.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior experience of working in schools with school finance systems is essential. Attention to detail when recording data. Proficiency with using MS office including Excel. You will be highly organized and able to priorities your work load. You will have excellent communication skills.
