Job Description

Your new role
As a Payroll & Bookkeeping specialist you will have responsibility for the end to end Payroll process for clients made up of both PAYE and CIS payrolls. You will work to create new clients, set up new starters and process leavers, issue statutory payments and prepare year end reports for the clients who have staff numbers that range from director only through to those with 50+ employees. The Bookkeeping side of your role will see you work with limited companies and sole traders in the main, working from incomplete records to undertake the sales and purchase invoicing, bank reconciliations and VAT returns.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
In order to undertake this role you must have worked within a firm previously in recent times and be up to date with the latest legislation. You will ideally have used Sage and Xero previously however systems training can be provided. You should be able to prioritise your work load and work efficiently in order to hit deadlines.
