The role will involve ensuring that all finance documentation is processed in a timely manner onto the accounting system.
This varied role will include the following duties:
* Dealing with all day to day finance functions
* Monthly bank reconciliations
* Assist with month end
* Assist with journals, accruals and prepayments etc.
* Prep annual budgets
* Help with any other ad-hoc work as requested by Finance Manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience of designing and preparing complex spreadsheets * Knowledge of financial accounts and budget monitoring * Motivated, keen to take ownership of the role * Strong eye for detail * Great communication skills * Proactive * Excellent experience on MS Excel * Numerical, analytical and able to meet deadlines
