Payroll Officer

Job Description

Delivering. A high level of service, quality and compliance through your team. You’ll combine both operational delivery and supervision of the payroll, whilst ensuring processes and resources are fit to facilitate our rapid growth in scale and reach. Critically, you’ll seek opportunities for synergies between the Administration and payroll teams to ensure efficiency in processes and that the end user experience is seamless.

Overseeing and managing. The payroll function including monthly pay and pension runs ensuring all processes meet legislative requirements. Ensuring high quality data inputting is monitored and accurate, paying particular attention to data which will impact on pay.

Building. Great relationships across HR and Operational business areas through effective communication and proactive engagement. Sharing team successes and inspiring confidence across the team you’ll build a strong and effective team
