Job Description

 

Work includes advising insolvency practitioners on the securing and sale of assets, investigating allegations of fraud relating to insolvency on behalf of liquidators, and acting for creditors to recover property from insolvent estates. The team also receives referrals from accountants, debt collection agents, and other solicitors.

It is likely you will have a minimum of 3PQE and you will ideally have had exposure to both contentious and non-contentious matters - experience of both is not necessary but you must have worked within this specialist field.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be required to run your own files (which will be a mix of personal and corporate insolvency matters), support the Partners and supervise more junior members of the team and assist with their training.
