Job Description

The Future of Work/SME Product Owner will identify market opportunities and define/deliver the products that serve the micro-SME segment. You will join a cross-functional team of designers, data scientists, engineers, and operations people to build and scale these products and programs to existing and new micro-SME segments.

• Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area
• Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results
• Develop product roadmaps and build alignment across domain teams (Investment Solutions, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Partnership, etc.) and the Admiral Pioneer Leadership team
• Implement best-in-class product development and management practices
• Efficiently execute to launch products within a cross-functional team to deliver on the team’s mission
• Communicate effectively and influence outcomes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You have probably been a Product Owner in a start-up environment and are ready to take on a new challenge. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been part of a founding team, or joined a small but growing company at an early stage, and are ready to make the leap into product ownership. Experience in a start-up/scale-up environment. 5+ years of product management experience. Demonstrated track record of product leadership, ideally (but not essentially) in the wealth management / retail investment / SME segment or advisory team of a financial services start-up. Built and scaled products in eco-system environments. Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality. Demonstrated track record of effectively using data and performing business analysis to support product strategy.
