Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Support Site Manager and their leadership team to develop and implement a people strategy focusing on performance, capability, and employee engagement Take ownership of Employee Relations across both sites, coaching and supporting line managers within a best practice framework to ensure consistency and compliance. Plan and implement key change projects - coaching and supporting key stakeholders across multifunctional teams Develop a talent strategy for sites delivering succession needs for the future and ensuring key development for individuals within the business Support the audit calendar for the business in the provision of accurate and timely data (H&S, customer, internal).
