Job Description

Your new role
Reporting to the Talent & Engagement Manager, this role will lead on an engagement project and focus on communication & wellbeing activities designed to drive improvements to the businesses colleague experience. Using HR data such as colleague turnover, exit interviews, Your Voice engagement survey and employee feedback, this role will look to deliver specific engagement activities across the business to make the business an exceptional place to work. Key responsibilities will include working collaboratively with the talent & Engagement Manager to design approaches to engagement & communication which provide an employee voice & ultimately a fantastic employee experience. You will produce regular engagement insights for the HR & senior team which will then shape ongoing proposals. This is a blank canvas which will allow the right candidate to implement engagement activities & initiatives to make an impact across all areas of the business. You will design & implement the 'Your Voice' engagement survey as well as the development & coordination of college events that will inspire the team, celebrate wins and drive positive engagement which reflects the company values.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or come from a HR background with a strong understanding of internal communications. You will be able to demonstrate proven results of delivering engagement strategies across the business and creating a fantastic employee experience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate leading communication & engagement activities whilst demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people and providing a great employee experience whilst being proactive and able to work closely with key stakeholders to help educate them on relevant internal engagement. You will be a creative thinker, resilient and comfortable to take ownership whilst also having the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure. Experience of creating newsletters, 'star of the week', employee video links would also be ideal as well as being familiar with internal media platforms.
