Job Description

Training - partnering with business to create and deliver regulatory training framework, supporting the delivery of a thorough conduct rule training programme.

Employee relations - provide support in complex ER matters and investigations

Reporting- MI , Conduct Breach Reporting process and ER matters

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of UK employment law Experience within financial services Experience of implementation of HR policies, procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, e.g. SMCRIDD,GDPR Solvency II Strong communication skills, able to collaborate influence and present across all areas of the business.
