Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of UK employment law Experience within financial services Experience of implementation of HR policies, procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, e.g. SMCRIDD,GDPR Solvency II Strong communication skills, able to collaborate influence and present across all areas of the business.
