Key duties include:
Ownership of people strategy, reporting at senior management level.
ER responsibility including full case management.
Management of the company Recruitment and onboarding processes.
Staff management of a small HR team.
Leadership of new training and development initiatives, succession planning.
Payroll; ownership of all starters/leavers and processing.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A key role, it is a business whereby a 'handson' approach is key across all levels of employee - one such interaction within this role will be involvement in payroll submissions and information provision to finance so candidates must have had involvement with payroll historically to be considered.
