Partnering with the leadership of both Stink Films and Stink Studios to manage the HR function and all people related matters to ensure maximum effectiveness and minimise risk
Support line managers on end to end recruitment process of new roles as required
Manage on-boarding process for all new employees for Film and Studios
Prepare all employment contracts for new starters and set them up on the relevant HR system
Issue contract variation letters as required and keep pay information/employee files up to date in the respective HR systems
Complete exit interviews for all staff and provide feedback to the leadership team
Compile monthly items for payroll re new starters/leavers and salary changes
Manage and continually update the respective HR systems, CharlieHR and BreatheHR so the data is accurate at all times
Assist and support diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives across Films and Studios including ownership of people process as well as attending monthly D&I committees.
Responsibility for the management of the Stink Film Director database, scheduling contract renewal reminders and working with Films Leadership team on preparing Directors contracts
Manage all ER issues effectively advising leadership on best process to minimum risk to the business
Ensure the Front Desk Runner/Coordinator team runs smoothly and assist with managing any issues
Manage all work experience/intern requests with the Stink Coordinator team
Ensure compliance with office Health and Safety requirements such as the annual fire safety inspection and sufficient levels of First Aiders and Fire Marshalls etc.
Assist with annual staff reviews and collate feedback as required
Management of any immigration issues which includes being the Level I user for UKVI, renewal of certificates of sponsorship, allocation of Tier 2 / General Work, allocation of Tier 5 Visas and general right to work checks.
Work with Global Finance Director to manage annual benefit premiums and renewals
Attend weekly Studios and Films team meetings
Implement and update Company policies and procedures as required
Ad hoc project work, support and assist with IR35 preparations and compliance
Ad hoc support to President of Stink Film when required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD qualified or part qualified, preferably level 7 Proven experience in a stand alone operational HR role Flexible, hands on work approach Exceptional communication skills across all levels and ability to foster relationships Ability to handle high levels of pressure and effectively manage ER issues High level of integrity and openness combined with commitment to fostering a 'people first’ culture Experience in the Film/Media industry a plus!
