The role involves;

  • Managing the office - liaising with suppliers, facilities and budget management
  • HR - sending out letters, contracts,recording holiday/sickness, coordinating interviews and liaising with agencies
  • Events - organising client events and sending out weekly mailshots
  • Budgets - coordinating budgets across the departments
  • Line management - two team members
