Job Description
The role involves;
- Managing the office - liaising with suppliers, facilities and budget management
- HR - sending out letters, contracts,recording holiday/sickness, coordinating interviews and liaising with agencies
- Events - organising client events and sending out weekly mailshots
- Budgets - coordinating budgets across the departments
- Line management - two team members
