This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to manage and build a function to completely own. They are able to offer a salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 for the right person and are offering this on a part time basis of 2 days per week. This will increase with time as all HR is outsourced currently and client is looking to bring it back in house.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will be a generalist HR Professional who enjoys the end to end employee lifecycle. You will support from recruitment through to exit and everything in between. The organisation are small in size but certainly big in culture and scope and therefore we are looking for someone who likes to get into the nitty gritty, have an open door policy but also be someone with strong and sound Employee law knowledge who can advise the business on complex people issues.
