Job Description

This is a truly generalist job, your tea support payroll, reward and ER as well as the whole business partnering offering. The client group is extremely inclusive and has a friendly culture but they do expect a very high touch service, a lot of hand holding and support. Even seasoned managers like HR to be involved in almost all their people issues.

The job has four direct reports who are already well established but will require development and support in order for them to reach their own personal career goals.

You will have a lot of autonomy and a lot to contribute so this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a strategic HR Business Partner or Manager and has plenty of ambition.
