Day to day you willprovide strong leadership to your team to ensure objectives are met and high standards of customer service are adhered to at all times. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience of working within a HR/ER environment Experience of working with Case Management systems Strong customer focus and expert knowledge of HR policies Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions The ability to evaluate current business needs and identify opportunities for change
