Job Description

Role context

  • Project has truly global reach, as IMs can be assigned to any entity/jurisdiction globally.
  • Role interacts with businesses/customer groups and associated HR partners on global basis.
  • Requires ability to navigate the complex matrix management structures of the organization
  • Regular interact with senior executives, up to GMD/GGM level.
  • High level of influencing skills/diplomacy required.

Role description

  • Manage specific Programme of work to ensure the design and development of processes and practices with HR TOM.
  • Ownership of the design of HRA/ER/HRBP IM process
  • Programme management and co-ordination of initiatives and deliverables, on time and on budget.
  • Prepare content for project workstreams supporting the alignment of IM Programme with the HR TOM.
  • Liaison with workstream members where necessary and following through on agreed actions to ensure momentum of work is maintained.
  • A clear line of sight between the people priorities and the business goals.
  • A tangible, month by month people journey plan.
  • Drive Programme delivery proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks.
  • Exercise independent initiative to overcome obstacles and deal with uncertainty.
  • Provide focus as to how the Programme aligns to the Global HR Strategy and global business/function People Strategy and to the change portfolio across the organisation.
  • Define and implement effective Programme governance frameworks helping in decision making.
  • Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place quality assurance processes
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Report progress, issues, dependencies, risks and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
  • Deliver results through subject matter experts, global and regional stakeholders
  • Foster a 'Continuous Improvement' culture by facilitating Post Implementation Reviews and embed learnings with stakeholders.
  • Meet performance targets aligned to Programme objectives and role-model desired behaviours

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Prior experience working in variety of business lines/customer groups Confidence and ability to interact with/influence senior executive stakeholders. High level of understanding of expatriate issues Working experience of HR BP/ER across all continents Understanding of diversity and inclusion Understanding of Group's People and Talent Strategy Policies and Procedures in relation to IMs HR Operations and Development Strong 'team' skills promoting an environment of co-operation and trust, overcoming resistance where encountered. Strong prioritising, organisational and time management abilities. Strong verbal and written communications skills.
