Working for an expanding business based in East Sussex this is a rare opportunity to join a business on a real growth trajectory and be able to contribute to development of a new payroll system. As Payroll Manager you will report into one of the Directors and be responsible for the running the payroll department and developing systems.
As Payroll Manager you will
Manage a small team
Ensure an accurate, timely and compliant payroll service is delivered
Produce timely and robust payroll reports
Identify and implement new processes and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate recent experience in a similar managerial payroll position within a medium to large sized business. Initially this role will be a mix of home and office working.
