My client is a Hospitality and Catering company specialising in fresh beverages and frozen desserts. They need a Bookkeeper to join their team due to a busy time of year. This role is a fixed term contract and is located in South East London.

Bookkeeper
Roles and duties:
- Logging, coding and posting of supplier invoices
- Recording and posting of sales invoices
- Entering and balancing petty cash and credit card expenses
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
- Monitoring debtor payment days
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns in Xero
- Producing monthly, quarterly and annual Management Accounts
- Producing forecasts and budgets
- Providing variance analysis against sales projections
- Cash flow forecasting
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate:
- Proficient use of Xero
- Actively studying ACCA/CIMA
- Immediately available
What's on Offer
The successful candidate will be paid £30,000 - £32,000 per annum pro rata.
