This interesting and varied role will include the following duties:
* Deal with employee pay queries mainly via email, and phone, for a large volume of employees
* To complete manual calculations to calculate any under and over payments where applicable. To ensure that corrections are recorded and actioned for employees
* To escalate client queries, issues and requests that cannot be resolved. To triage all calls to ensure that urgent calls receive a same day response and action.
* To actively manage the payroll queries email box
