Job Description

This is a technical office support and management role, ideally working full time but flexible hours, supporting a small team. Some remote working may be possible. Most important is the ability to offer flexible and varied organization / administration / customer service support to a wide range of individuals and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • admin and document creation, filing, word processing
  • managing diaries / acting as PA
  • offering support by phone to software users
  • promoting new sales where appropriate
  • assisting with on-boarding of new business partners

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As Client Support Manager, you will have experience in a similar role. Supporting a small close knit team you will need the following skills: Solid organization and administration skills Excellent verbal communication skills, and a professional phone manner Ability to engage with potential customers, promote new sales Ability to work with in house software (training will be given) Proficiency in Microsoft office word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
