Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning HR and Finance on a common data model, headcount definitions and approach to vacancy management. The role will drive the problem statement definition, design and subsequent change impact assessment. Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills are key, as is prior experience of working on global transformation programmes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will have prior experience of having successfully delivered HR Transformation Programmes, involving the implementation of either Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
