As Store Manager you will lead your store team in ensuring the best possible customer experience whilst maximizing profit and ensuring compliance in all legislative areas.

With close links to our head office teams, you will have excellent communication skills, be able to adapt to new innovations and ways or working and take pride in being the ambassador for the Bargain Booze standards of practice.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

As the perfect candidate, you will have a passion for first class Store Standards, excellent Customer Service and experience in managing a retail/off license store team. You will be target driven and will be able to lead your team with minimal supervision, constantly looking for ways to drive sales and ensure a fantastic customer experience.
