Your new role
The purpose of the job, will be to take the lead on the Pay Structure Project, develop and implement a detailed project plan, review the work completed, make recommendations as to the new pay structures and impact on the organisation, and assist the Head of Department in the development of a new pay strategy and structure.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in your new job you will manage the project, develop a communications strategy, work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership and Management Team and the Staff Consultation Group, including recognised trade unions and ensure the new pay structures, strategy and relevant polices are effectively implemented and meet the needs of a demanding business.
