Supporting the development & maintenance of high-performance cultures
Providing expert guidance for local management on application of HR policy and employment legislation
In partnership with leadership teams support organisational change management activity, maximising employee engagement
Leadership of reward cycles for your business units, including salary & bonus review
In collaboration with our Talent Acquisition and Organisational Development teams, developing solutions for your business units and the wider group
Ensuring all organisational change management activity is supported appropriately
Full line management responsibility for HR Advisor.
