Job Description

This is a full generalist role and will involve:

  • Contributing to development of the Group HR strategy and annual people plan
  • Development & delivery of local HR strategies in partnership with leadership teams. Identifying & implementing solutions to ensure right people, right place, right time for all teams
  • Coaching and supporting managers to develop their skills through management of every day HR issues
  • Supporting the development & maintenance of high-performance cultures
  • Providing expert guidance for local management on application of HR policy and employment legislation
  • In partnership with leadership teams support organisational change management activity, maximising employee engagement
  • Leadership of reward cycles for your business units, including salary & bonus review
  • In collaboration with our Talent Acquisition and Organisational Development teams, developing solutions for your business units and the wider group
  • Ensuring all organisational change management activity is supported appropriately
  • Full line management responsibility for HR Advisor.
