A great opportunity for a HR Pay & Reward Manager to manage the pay structure project, review current pay structures, recommend new, develop a communications and consultation strategy, review relevant policies and work collaboratively with the Head of HR in the development of a new pay strategy and structure, and benefits. This multifaceted project also involves reviewing the subsidiary companies and resolving differences in terms and conditions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good understanding of pay and reward schemes and trends, including flexible benefit options. Experience of designing and implementing robust pay structures Sound knowledge of employment law, ACAS guidance and best practice Successful HR management experience operating at senior level Practical experience of change management Excellent project management experience. Experience of working within education sector desirable but not essential. Good knowledge of pensions schemes relating to public and private sector. Chartered Member or Fellow of CIPD A degree or relevant management qualification
