Providing specialist HR data reporting/analysis and project support ensuring effective data collection, analysis and reporting on confidential HR data to agreed deadlines. Managing the data requirements associated with annual or ad hoc processes e.g. annual pay review, bonus management, benchmarking activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience of leading a team and managing performance through setting clear goals and KPIs * Experience of working with core HR and people data systems, * Experience of managing 3rd party providers to deliver prioritised data improvements * Data mapping diagnostics, plus previous experience of HR data quality / accuracy development * Relevant experience in data analysis and complex reporting * Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders * Ability to partner with the business stakeholders at all levels and across functions * Experience of supporting HR and Payroll services
