Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy
Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them
Handle the complete HR Administration with our current CIPHR HR system
Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
Administer payroll records and run the monthly UK payroll and keep accounts appraised of any change
Involvement in year-end creation of documents (P11Dsetc) as well as being the point of contact for all related year end projects as well as for our auditors
Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies
Support the recruitment process - this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
Carry out new starter inductions including quarterly international New Starter Induction events
Manage talent and succession planning
Implement learning and development approach
Continuously monitor and review HR policies and procedures and implement changes where necessary and develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
