Job Description
  • Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy
  • Apply HR and business knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills
  • Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge share best practice with them
  • Handle the complete HR Administration with our current CIPHR HR system
  • Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers
  • Administer payroll records and run the monthly UK payroll and keep accounts appraised of any change
  • Involvement in year-end creation of documents (P11Dsetc) as well as being the point of contact for all related year end projects as well as for our auditors
  • Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies
  • Support the recruitment process - this may include writing job descriptions and preparing interview questions and application forms etc.
  • Carry out new starter inductions including quarterly international New Starter Induction events
  • Manage talent and succession planning
  • Implement learning and development approach
  • Continuously monitor and review HR policies and procedures and implement changes where necessary and develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
  • Support change management processes
