You will also provide specialist HR data on reporting and analysis of confidential HR data, develop HR reports for the wider HR team and act as a key user of HR information systems for performance and data integrity to the Services Operations and Programme Manager.
You will identify opportunities to digitise and streamline HR data and optimise HR data and MI capability for the wider HR function.
Duties will include ensuring all HR processes adhere to legal requirements and internal audit processes to ensure compliance, reporting any risks and issues to the Operations and Programme Manager.
