The role and your responsibilities:
- Work as a Generalist HR Professional in a standalone capacity
- Contribute to the business plan to meet the HR objectives
- Lead on the recruitment campaigns
- Manage staff attendance, absence monitoring and promote wellbeing
- Promote EDI
- Provide administration for employee contracts, new starter pacts and formal termination
- Manage grievance and disciplinary processes
