This opportunity is busy, and would suit someone who has excellent customer and supplier relationship management skills and solid administrative experience.
Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
* Place purchase orders.
* Holding meetings with suppliers and key stakeholders.
* Create and update records of company agreements and licences.
* Liaise with clients regarding samples and product forecasts.
* Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners on deliveries.
* Manage online file storage system.
* Creating agendas and take meeting notes.
* Market research and customer information data.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this position, you will have excellent IT skills including MS Office - Excel particularly and be confident picking up be-spoke software. Ideally you will have some motor industry experience and be comfortable liaising with all levels within the organisation.
