HR Manager - Property Industry - 1 Yar Maternity Contract - key duties:
*Act as a first point of contact for staff and managers on employee relations, performance management, absence management and payroll
*Provide advice and guidance on policies and procedures, along with the implications and risks associated with decisions
*Advise, support and guide managers on all employee relations matters
*Facilitate annual salary review and people performance review processes
*Record HR related internal control checks
*Complete payroll from start to finish
*Process new starters and leavers
*Liaise with Line Managers to ensure the delivery of effective recruitment and own the onboarding process
*Drive the resolution of case management and employee relation issues
*Update policies and procedures
