With a medical and dental workforce of c.1250, including 450 Doctors in training, the post holder will advise on medical workforce and recruitment issues for the Trust and will have responsibility and supervision of a team of Medical HR Administrators to provide a comprehensive and high quality Medical HR service and support function to the Trust.
This interesting, often challenging but rewarding role would be suited to you if you have significant experience of Human Resources issues in a large complex organisation, together with experience of NHS medical and dental workforce issues and terms and conditions.
