Job Description
  • Develop, lead and deliver the careers strategy, including programme, recruitment, campaign design and delivery activities.
  • Lead and execute the Wellbeing strategy
  • Lead the Recognition strategy, managing the recognition scheme
  • Lead and deliver through a small team
