You'll be proactively engaging with existing clients and pitching to potential new accounts. We see a lot of repeat business so there's always the opportunity to upsell and renew. Ideally we'd like someone who possesses a natural confidence with friendly professional outlook along with experience in approaching and closing deals with senior managers including HR Managers, Directors and Consultants. You don't have to have industry knowledge we can teach you that but we can guarantee the person who possesses a winners mind-set will be the successful candidate.
