Job Description
Duties will include;
Employee Relations - Managing all employee relations issues and providing line managers with advice and support in line with current employment law and best practice
Point of Contact - Providing generalist HR support to both managers and employees
Learning and Development - Taking full responsibility for the planning, organisation and structured of the companies L&D - partnering with external suppliers and ensuring all employees have CPD in place
Recruitment - being involved in recruitment and selection, interviews, typing up interview notes along with onboarding
Administration - general HR Administration as needed
HRIS - HR systems management, input and reporting of relevant employee data
Projects - taking a lead on new HR projects that arise, partnering with key stakeholders in the business
Policies & Procedures - Writing and amending company policies and procedures in line with company or legal changes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
CIPD qualified level 5 as a minimum An interest in or background in organising and co-ordinating a companies L&D At least 3 years within an Senior HR Advisor role OR 1 year as an HR Manager ER experience, particularly managing cases and queries independently Experience of working for a rapidly expanding business would be an advantage, specifically within financial services or an SME/startup environment Experience of writing and updating policies Excellent attention to detail Confidential and professional manner
