Job Description
As the Part-time Bookkeeper your will be responsible for the following:
Act as the key point of contact for all finance admin queries including payroll, expenses, billing, payments
- Paying all bills, running the bank accounts and making entries into Quick Books
- Producing the information to send to the payroll administrators
- Perform various non-finance tasks such as professional indemnity insurance, bicycle loans and nursery vouchers etc.
- Ad hoc business administration
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this Part-time Bookkeeper role you must have the following:
- Transactional accounting experience
- Ability to work in an flexible environment involving many ad hoc tasks
- Quickbooks experience beneficial
