The position works with a community minded technology service provider who are recognised as being at the forefront of their sector. It comes about following substantial private funding investment to aid continued business growth, which will entail several major recruitment projects that the HR Manager will take a lead role in actioning. The business has already experienced fast-paced expansion and with further development plans in motion, they hope an experienced HR Manager will be able to assist in developing robust and futureproof HR policies & procedures, as well as mentoring a junior member of the people management function. Whilst the role works particularly closely with a single member of the senior management team, the HR Manager will form strong relationships with colleagues across the business; department managers, senior management and external investors. The HR Manager will also take a lead role in facilitating a number of upcoming recruitment projects across all divisions of the business.
