Job Description

The Role:
Manage and support the HR team
Cover all HR topics on both strategic and tactical levels
Build strong relationships internally, providing trusted advice to senior levels
Carry out all HR policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring all legislation and law details are correct
Produce and roll out in-house payroll duties
Manage workforce plans to ensure all current and future needs are met
Assist with the business' development, consultation, and change procedures
Manage all compliance and DBS requirements
Lead and support with all employee and management relations regarding issues, opportunities, and grievances
Manage and support with the recruitment process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Will have worked in a Head of HR role or HR Manager level to be considered! Be CIPD Level 7 qualified- this is essential! Must have experience developing HR policies You will need to be encouraging, productive, and compassionate! Be a strong communicator and lead well
