We are looking for the perfect candidates to join their ever growing Customer Service team as an Administrator on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a fabulous opportunity for somebody who is looking to start a long term career with a professional and forward thinking business. You must have experience within an office environment and able to multi task and use multiple databases.
The key duties of the Customer Service Administrator will be:
* Inputting sales/purchase orders accurately using SAP
* Deal with customers enquiries/complaints in an effective and professional manner
* Liaise with both internal and external colleagues
* Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
* General admin duties to include filing, faxing and photocopying
* Responsible for generating invoices
* 25 days holiday per annum + stats
* 1 day for Birthday

* Progression and ongoing training
