You will be involved in coaching and mentoring the management team to ensure that they are comfortable with all aspects of people management and employee relations. All the time working with the L&D function to identify areas of continuous improvement.
You will need to be comfortable with all aspects of disciplinaries and grievances and also other areas of employment related issues. It will be your responsibility to pro actively manages cases from long term and short term absence through to more complex issues and also encourage management accountability.
You will need to be comfortable with systems and metrics and be able to collate and report these statistics to the HR Manager and wider Senior Management team.
