Job Description

Payroll Manager leading a team of 4 reporting into the Head of HR Operations.

* Working in an established HR Shared Services Team reporting into the Head of HR Operations.
* Managing a payroll for circa 2000 employees.
* Managing and implementing training and processes for the team.
* Responsibility for the overall compliance and compliance of the Payroll function.
* Responsible for the production of Payroll Reports.
* Responsible for all Year End procedures.
* An operational role with responsibility for the team processing the payrolls.
* Implementing new procedures and processes to assist the development and efficiency of the payroll function.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This role would suit applications with experience of managing a payroll function in a fast paced environment where there is consistent development and change. Experience of HR Shared Services functions would be highly advantageous.
