You will be a proven HR Generalist who enjoys providing advice and guidance to your client groups across two sites.
The main focus of this role will be to support the effective implementation of a new HR Information System - Workday.
In addition to this, the Senior HR Adviser will support on workforce planning, resourcing, learning and development and employee relations.
The role delivers advice and professional HR and company administration services across all functions / areas.
